What is the best legal enhancer to gain muscle quick?

I haven't worked out for a few years now. I want to put on as much muscle mass that i can in a matter of 2 months. I am willing to work out everyday or when my body can handle moving. What would be a great muscle enhancer that i can get? Not steroids, legal.

Eat. Alot. All Day. Most of this eating preferably lean meats with vegetables and pasta for carbohydrates, a meal like this 5-6 times a day. For working out, do a 5x5 program that involves all heavy compound lifts, an example would be the one I'll include in my source.

In the way of "enhancers" as you put it, you can get whey protein and creatine, they will help.

Well the first thing you can do is eat a lot of clean calories and protein. But to directly answer your question, I've experimented with pretty much every supplement out there and have found the following to do what they claim: Protein powders, BCAA's, Creatine. I personally stopped wasting a lot of money on gimmicky supplements and just limit myself to those, some vitamins and a lot of healthy organic food. If your goal is to get big, nothing is going to substitute for getting in a lot of calories (bw x 16) and protein (bw x 1.2) and use a lot of heavy weights, don't shy away from benching, squatting and deadlifting, those will build you up, don't waste your time with machines or other crappy exercises. Look at the strongest and biggest guys, they spend a lot of time in the squat rack and they don't fear heavy weight. Good luck.

My gf and I are ready for sex, but she wants a sexual enhancer to make things a lot better for our first time. I'm totally ready for it, but she wants to be able to go into it more than ready. Does anybody know what works best on teens? She would prefer taking a pill but a fast acting one, not a supplement.

As a teen you should be in the prime of your life if you need enhancers now what will happen in a few years.That could reck your system over time.I wouldn't advise it at and and I don't think you should be having sex though.Your first time should not be perfect and that what you want to create just go with the flow and practice good foreplay that the only enhancement I recommend

Im looking for a water flavor enhancer that makes plain water taste sweet and more better. I LOVE Powerade/Gatorade. But Powerade has too much calories and sugar. I bought about 20 32 FL oz Powerades and each of them has 280 calories along with 60g of sugar. Its way too much. Id rather have water that has the taste of powerade in it. Propel doesnt have that many calories/sugar but im not sure on the taste. Could anyone reccomend me some?

You know the flavor water you can get at the super market like stop and shop or shaws.. They have flavor water and it doesn't have calor or sugar...
and they flavor are pretty good.. You should try to get one and see how you like it and you can get more later..

I would have to say Crystal Light! It has SO many different flavors, and the fruit punch tastes just like Powerade! I, personally, like the Pink Lemonade and Lemon Ice! So many delicious flaors to choose form and only 5 (yes, FIVE!) calories! No sugar whatsoever, and since your drinking extra water, they're good for you,too! FOr great taste that's good for you, choose CRYSTAL LIGHT!!!!

No, the shampoo and conditioner do not contain hair lighteners. The purpose of this line is to remove residue and mineral deposits which may dull the hair, but it does not actually alter the color. These products will probably do very little for your un-highlighted hair, but it could make your hair shinier, and may remove buildup which, if heavy, could have been making your hair appear darker.
