How do you use ........avon -eye enhancer color and line pencil?

i just bought it and i am having trouble puttin it on it seems to make my eyes feel weird and blurry

HELP!!
do you like put the line on the bottom and the color on the eye or on top of the eye im confizzled!!!

I have the Avon Eye Enhancer and at first its hard to apply but you will get used to it. Pull down the bottom of your eyelid and apply slowly with a steady hand. A common thing I use is like a cheek powder or a blemish coverer to dry the lower parts of my eye and around them so the make up doesn't smudge, and will last all day.

Also be careful of what you use on your eyes. If your eyes feel funny you may be having an allergic reaction and you should stop using it. Unless you are poking your eyes a lot or getting the make up in your eyes then there is no reason why your eyes should feel blurry. If you have any more questions IM me at ridedemhorsesgal <--- my screen name. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU!!! Peace!

that always happens when i get new stuff like that to put it on and get use to it it'll work

1. Stand 6 inches away from a mirror and tilt your chin up, so that when you look down your nose into the mirror, you can see your entire eyelid.

2.Dab concealer or dust translucent powder on your upper lids. Blend well with a sponge or lightly pat with a fingertip to cover veins and prevent creasing.

3.Before applying liner, determine your eye shape. If eyes are close-set or round, line only the outer corners. Otherwise, rim the entire upper lid.

4.Soften the pencil top by rolling it between your fingers

5.Gently pull your eyelid taut at an upward angle. Beginning at the inner corner, draw small, connected dashes along the top lashes. Be sure to stay close to the roots so there is no skin visible between the lashes and the liner. To make eyes look bigger, extend the liner slightly beyond the outer corners.

6.Brush a matching powder shadow on top of the liner to keep it from rubbing off.

7.Soften the line with a sponge tip or cotton swab by rubbing it slightly up and out at the corners.

8.Use a cotton swab to fix mistakes. For larger messes, dip it in makeup remover.

Summer make-up: less is more UNLV The Rebel Yell

The sun’s rays are already beating down on our backs, bringing on the desire to hit the pool and work on that beach tan before swimsuit season is in full swing.

Las Vegas summers can be brutal, but with barbecues and pool parties on the horizon, now is the time to get the latest on the best beauty buys and newest trends for the summer.

Summer means adopting the “less is more” mentality. During cooler months, store shelves are stocked with rich, lavish hues for lips and cheeks with matte foundations and smooth powder blushes, are all designed to bring warmth and color to dull winter skin.

This summer, go for a fresh approach and try tinted concealers, cream liquid blushes and fresh, fruity lips color to give your face a clean and sun kissed hue.

“I try to keep my make-up light and natural during summer,” said education major Candice Borden.  “Having layers of powders and creams on my face is really uncomfortable when the temperatures are comparable to the sun.”

First, it is essential to have a layer of sun protection. Look for a lotion that contains at least SPF 15 to along with a tinted moisturizer with sun protection.

Try Healthy Skin Enhancer by Neutrogena. This product has a light tint, contains SPF 20 and costs about $10. It protects while it evens out skin tone and texture, and is oil free-a summer must.

“I’m always on the lookout for oil-free products during the summer,” Borden said.

Be wary of products that contain oil because they can clog pores and cause make-up to melt on a hot day.

For a light tint and sheen, apply a lightweight concealer rather than base. Concealer will cover unsightly blemishes and camouflage red spots and dark circles without having to be applied to the entire face.

Try Organic Wear Origin Liquid Bronzer by Physicians Formula. For about $11, you can use a product that is 100 percent organic and safe for your skin and leaves a warm, healthy, sun-kissed glow.
