I hate to tell you, but the jellybean is going to fall apart or rot. It's a cool idea, you might want to mold some with clay and bake them.

Is Chanel Earring better with or without Pearl drop?
May 09, 2008 by ttdevelop | Posted in Fashion & Accessories
I need some fashion advice from girls on this for my girlfriend's birthday gift. Please help:
Sample Products (I'm not gonna buy from eBay...of course, but that's the only place where I can find these pictures)
Chanel Earring with Pearl Drop:
http://cgi.ebay.com/AUTH-CHANEL-CC-Logo-WHITE-PEARL-DROP-Charm-EARRINGS-New_W0QQitemZ330232405431QQihZ014QQcategoryZ110419QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Chanel Earring without Pearl Drop:

About her personality, she is like a combination. She has both sides which make it harder for me to decide. Her best friend has the Pearl Drop one and told me both should be fine.(Which doesn't help, does it?)
She loves color pink and cyan. She admires Paris Hilton and watches Tila Tequila's show, meanwhile she has blackbelt in Taekwondo, she did that for at least 6 years now and claims herself as a tomboy character. She lives on her own for two years, and takes care of both herself and her mom. She's a tough girl who also loves pets and canvas paintings. So....with or without pearl drop...is really hard for me to see from analyzing her personality since I never had any experience with buying these accessories and all my female friends don't seem to care about earrings at all.
And...she's raised in a doctor family, both of her parents are doctors, and she dreams to be a successful doctor one day. Although she is definitely not poor, she often disses the shallow girls she knows. She often digs stylish and fashionable clothes. She is currently working at Abercrombie & Fitch and favors JuicyCouture. If any girls can help me analyze all this info and come up with a good choice, I would be very thankful.
If she is a girly-girl, super feminine, or LOVES pearls, do buy the drops.
If she is more sophisticated, preppy, or edgy, buy the diamond ones.
If in doubt, talk to her Mom or best friend.

Without the pearl drop.... it looks tacky and weird with the pearl drop.
Martysmarty | May 09, 2008
Without pearl, I think, because it is more traditional, and personally I think more stylish and cute! Btw, I sooooo want the second ones! =)

Why my gold necklace and charm leave dark smudges on my neck?
Nov 05, 2007 by Malena | Posted in Other - Beauty & Style
it's real gold,10 and 18 carat. never really happened before. when i'm sick, my gold earrings sometimes do that but never chain. is it something with quality of gold or my health?
You've probably been really exhausted lately too, huh? You are anemic. Go to the doctor and get diagnosed.

I don't know where you are in Canada, but you could check the Native Trading Posts. There is a good one in Powassan, Ontario. They do shipping, too. Their phone number is 705-724-2646. Good luck.

'Leap Year' has some charm but too much padding The Virginian-Pilot
08.01.10
Irish blarney and the adorable redhead Amy Adams do much to save the otherwise routine romantic comedy “Leap Year.”
As a charmer, Adams is the most winsome “personality” to come along since, maybe, the beginning days of Sandra Bullock.
She got Oscar nominations for playing a country girl in “Junebug” and for holding her own with no less than Meryl Streep in “Doubt.” She largely saves “Leap Year” by her sheer presence, as opposed to just a performance.
Even though she plays one of those New York career-women who are usually off-putting, she is persistently likable. She has a vulnerability that allows us to pull for her even when her character is overwrought.
Her contribution is fortunate because “Leap Year” is in dire need of saving. It is one of those romantic comedies in which the two subjects (Adams and British actor Matthew Goode) spend 90 percent of the movie bickering before, of course, they realize they are in love. We knew it all along, but it seems in the movies this takes some 90 minutes to realize.
Leap year may come along only once every four years, but comedies like this surface every other week.
Adams gets major support not so much from her leading man as from the breathtaking Irish scenery that graces much of the movie. Maybe not since “Ryan’s Daughter” in 1970 (David Lean’s most underappreciated movie) has the widescreen camera lingered so longingly over the rocky seacoast and green hills of the Emerald Isle. There are times when we wish the characters would get out of the way and give us an unobstructed view.
Adams’ character, Anna, is an “apartment dresser.” She fixes up sites to make them look so beautiful that buyers will line up. When she removes the dressing, what they have left is a pretty routine apartment. While we question her initial motives, we also question her judgment because she’s gaga over a doctor who takes phone calls during dinner with her and, too obviously, is a social-climbing, money-obsessed “New York” type. He’s played well enough by Adam Scott.
