Where can I find LARGE crown embellishements?
Jul 19, 2008 by Texas Mortician | Posted in Hobbies & Crafts
I saw a pillar candle of a friends that had a large crown in the middle of it, simmilar to a brooch, only bigger. Much bigger. I have searched the internet, but can only find brooches, and they are only 2 or 3 inches big. I need a larger rhinestone crown, like 6 inches. Any ideas on what term to google, or where I might locate such a thing?
I found this one but the price is kinda high

Ladies, should I buy a brooch if I fear?
Nov 26, 2008 by Lyrics | Posted in Fashion & Accessories
it might damage the shirt, etc. I mean it has to if it's kind of big, it's not a light one.
Thanx for advice.
Um, if you are fearful that it will damage your shirt, you will be paranoid the entire time you are wearing it.
Brooch's don't normally do that if they aren't too big & heavy, but a small one shouldn't damage the shirt.

What should I wear with my red dress for a dance?
Dec 04, 2008 by Jeremy | Posted in Fashion & Accessories
It is strapless deep red with a star diamond brooch in the middle of the chest. Should I wear a necklace, (i''ve noticed that the pictures of celebrities in red dresses usually don't wear a necklace) if so, what kind. Earrings? big, small? I have silver shoes and dark brown hair. Also should I leave my hair down, half up, or updo (what kind)
no necklace for sure you already have that pretty diamond brooch in the middle and for you earrings you should go BIG with the earrings, like chandelier earrings :D
im assuming that the diamond brooch is a white colored and if not match your shoes and jewelry to your diamond brooch and your hair either all down or half down and half up :D here are some links:

...i think you should wear guy clothes over the dress....
lalalaCHRiSTiNA | Dec 04, 2008
No necklace, if there is already a thing on the chest area, you could do a wide belt, same color as star. :)
PS, are you a guy O.o lol your pic??

if you do have a necklace it should be gold. earrings.. get dangling ones and wear red heels.

with the small diamond brooch in the middle, a necklace would take away from it. i would go with simple diamond earrings and have your hair down. i dont know how formal this dance is but if its a very important night, i would go for an updo.

GROSS DISGUSTING choir outfit??
Nov 16, 2007 by uber! | Posted in Other - Beauty & Style
I have a gross black polyblend and velvet dress for choir, with a big sparkly brooch thing in the middle.
EW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but tonight is another concert, and my choir director said we could dress it up how we want to this time, but no adding anything to the dress.
So any cute hair accesories or jelwery I could wear to snazzy it up a bit??
Add a belt to it to define a waist. Also, wear jewelry that defies the outfit to distract people from the ugly outfit, but not a whole entire box worth of it. Make your favorite hairstyle and do your makeup the way you favor. Then, it shouldn't be so bad.

Oh crisis. If you can't even use proper grammar, how could you dress up an outfit that everyone else has to wear too?

OSCARS STYLE What the stars wore! Grazia
09.03.10
Penelope Cruz would give one of the pastel creations a go, we were pleasantly surprised to see
Anna Kendrick chosing this delicate piece. “It’s young and pretty,” she said of the dress. “I couldn’t imagine wearing anything else.” The floral detailing, flattering draping and off-the-shoulder style is ever so romantic and yet the tone leaves her a little washed out. Crack out the bronzer next time, eh Kendrick?

Rachel McAdams also went the romantic route with an Elie Saab SS10 couture number. Her printed draped dress feels so spring-like but the dusty shades of blue and grey keep it low key. How refreshing.
Trust stylist Rachel Zoe to pull out a corker for Ms Moore . Demi went nude in tiered ruffles courtesy of Atelier Versace 's SS08 blush tone gown. The rose detail on the hip is a nice touch, don't you think? The jury's still out on that squiffy hair though...
Cameron Diaz looked like a modern day princess in this glittering gown of sparkling embellishments from Oscar de la Renta 's AW10 collection. We haven’t seen this much glamour from Cam in quite a while and she's reminding us of Taylor Swift 's signature style. Stylist Rachel Zoe strikes again. And we like. More please!
Phew! Thank goodness Penelope Cruz didn't wear black. Instead, she chose a luxurious bordeaux couture gown by Donna Karan accentuated by Chopard jewels. The pleated detailing on the strapless bodice gives the look an edge and the wrap around draping creates a seductive shape. It's Spanish sophistication at its best!
